At Autoparts Remarketing we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all of our products. We ship to the continental United States and charge a flat rate of $10 for all parts weighing more than 1 pound and offer free shipping for anyting less

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Carriers:

We use several different carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. Our primary carriers are USPS and FedEx, but we may also use UPS or DHL depending on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we are only able to ship to the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Here's how:

Contact us to initiate the return or exchange process. You can reach us by email, phone or through our website.

Provide us with your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Ship the product back to us, pre-paid and insured, via a traceable carrier. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship your replacement product as soon as possible. If you have requested a refund, we will credit your account (minus any applicable fees) within 10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or used.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange.
